If you have a fat belly, do not take it to heart or become neurotic about it. Excessive obsession with the problem may cause depression.It may lead to increase in appetite. You may start eating all the more and complicate the matter further.A positive attitude always helps to resolve the problems more easily. Some people look lovely just because of their fatness.
Here is a real story about the positive attitude of a rotund, fat woman who looked like a puffed up bag to illustrate the point. "Oh, my god, how much do you eat? You are so fat!" taunted a starved looking thin and reed like person.
The lady remained unperturbed to this cruel affront and calmly replied, "Look here, I am at least honest enough to reveal whatever I take in. I am not like you who consume so much, but never show." Fat people are generally like that-simple, straightforward who remain happy and make others also happy not only by their jovial nature but by their fat bodies.
Most often, fat belly is caused by constipation and resultant flatulence. Lack of proper digestion especially of fatty foods and their evacuation leads to constipation. The undigested toxic waste generates gas that bloats the belly, making it taut and troublesome like a hard puffed football bladder. Do not take medicinal laxatives; they may be harmful and habit forming.
A very simple and effective solution is to lead an active life and do some physical exercises. Also take fibrous foods and plenty of water and green tea. The fibers broom and cleanse the toxic wastes and water flushes them out. The belly becomes soft and returns to its normal position. This I believe is the best way to lose belly fat.
