Let's face it diets are expensive and hard to maintain, all those breasts of chicken, lettuce leaves, avocados, extra virgin olive oil, Peruvian monkey nuts picked by Peruvian monkeys, and a thousand and one other equally exotic sounding foods you have never heard of are certainly sore on the pocket. The only weight you will have to concern yourself with will be the wait at the cash dispenser, and while we are on the subject who prepares all this food after a hard day's work. Arghhh. It can be done I am sure, but it would take superhuman determination to stick with this day in day out, week in week out.
So why do we fall for this way of thinking every single time, that's easy and the answer is advertising and the media would have us believe that unless you go on the next all singing all dancing diet then you are missing out on something very special... and who wants to lose out on something special,. Certainly not them as they are a multi-billion dollar industry designed to part you from your cash.
The real fact of the matter is, unless you're thinking around losing weight changes to one of lifestyle change instead of latest gimmick, then unfortunately you will be stuck in this cycle for the rest of your life.
I only say this because I was once in your place and I stayed there for ten years repeating the same patterns you are repeating now and eventually gaining 60lbs.
So my challenge to you is to ditch all the powders and the pills and the diet books and starting today arm yourself with all the information you need to lose weight and keep it off by changing your lifestyle.
How do you go about doing that is staring you in the face, there are millions of people out there on the internet willing to share their experiences of how they got past their own challenges of weight loss. And most of it is free.
Commit yourself to thirty minutes a day finding this information... and then implement it.
You can easily emulate my success; the important thing is you have to WANT TO.
