I have an admission to make. I've struggled with weight my whole life. When I was 25 years old, my doctor told me I had high cholesterol and needed to lose weight. He said "your weight isn't a big deal yet, but by the time you're 35, it will start to have an irreversible impact on your heart." 4) Eat breakfast: I've learned that when I'm eating poorly, my blood sugar is dipping and spiking which makes me crave more junk food. Eating a healthy breakfast stabilizes your metabolism, blood sugar, and gets you set for a good day. Cut calories to lose weight, but don't cut meals!
