Have you ever asked yourself if you could be hiding behind the fat?

Has anyone else ever suggested to you that you use your issues with your weight as an excuse? Perhaps you're using it as an excuse to truly go for it in your life and avoid achieving your lifelong dreams?

A very common sign that you are hiding behind the fat is that you are consistently "putting off" until you lose weight.

What are you putting off? It could be anything, and everything. Putting off dating, getting married, having children, getting divorced, making new friends, moving, starting your own business, writing a book, wearing a bathing suit in public, having sex with the lights on, going for a walk without worry, or auditioning for the role of your life.

There are no limits for what you are putting off when you are hiding behind the fat because your fat becomes your Life. It's all you think about, it's what you spend hours on the Internet searching for a "quick fix" for, and it's what you use to hide yourself.

The good news is that awareness precedes change and you certainly don't have to keep living as you are! You actually can Stop Hiding Behind The Fat, just like my permanent weight loss coaching clients have done. I also know what it feels like to be stuck in the struggle you are in! But again, it does not have to be that way. It's always your choice, which is a good thing! (You don't want anyone else making your life choices, do you?)

However it's important to note that losing weight won't make you stop hiding, because it's a much deeper issue that is entangled with your weight that has you hiding behind the fat.

So what's the way out? To answer that we must first look at what your REAL problem is: It's your mindset.

Your mindset is 90% of your problem! Wow, who knew?!

Does this mean that it's not the fault of that long list of diets and exercise programs you've done? No, it's not, unless of course they are silly fad diets. As long as they were sane and healthy then they are not to blame. For you see, diet and exercise is a mere 10% of achieving lasting success with your weight.

How can that be? Especially when the majority of the population is searching for the next and newest fad diet? Well, have you ever wondered why 95% of dieters fail? Since everyone already knows that eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise is what you need to do to drop the fat, and keep it off...

But since everyone knows that (unless you live under a rock, which clearly you don't), then why aren't they doing it? Because that's all you need to do, correct? Is to Just DO It? Just eat healthy and exercise, correct?

Here's the answer: How can you consistently live a healthy and fit lifestyle when it's such a struggle for you to do it? And why is it such a struggle? Because your mindset is keeping you fat. Your mindset is a perfect match to an overweight, unhealthy, feel-bad body. How do you know? Just look in the mirror! What you see are your results, and your results never lie.

However, here's the good news! Once you have a weight loss mindset then it's very easy to live healthy and fit. It's easy to lose weight and keep it off. It's easy to keep going because there's no reason to stop since it's not a struggle to do it.

Once you have the solid, empowering mindset that makes weight loss easy then you also Stop Hiding Behind The Fat! Because the reason that you are hiding behind the fat today is not because of the excess fat on your body. It's because of your mindset.
