Half of the world's population is trying to lose weight but only a few of them succeed. If it is your habit to watch TV 4 hours a day, you will gain weight. If it is your habit not to play any outdoor sport, your calories will not burn ultimately increasing your weight. So you see it is all about habits. If you have healthy habits that support weight loss, you will lose weight. For instance, if you have the habit to play tennis every day, you will lose. If it is your habit to jog 2 miles every morning, you will lose. If you manage to control your habits and know what you need to do, losing weight is not a problem then.
There are certain diseases that increase your weight significantly. Brain diseases are said to increase weight significantly. You do not have to do anything because you get rid of all the extra weight as soon as you will enter in the recovery stage. Just keep taking your medicines regularly and weight for recovery.
